Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in every aspect of our service, from sourcing fresh, seasonal produce to using eco-friendly packaging in lieu of single-use plastic. By supporting local farmers, we aim to contribute to the well-being of both our community and the planet.
We focus on ease and convenience with our recipes. Our hope is that once you have tried these recipes, you now have new meal that you are excited to add to your weekly repertoire.
Each meal kit is is a standard three to four serving recipe that feeds a hearty two with leftovers. Included in the meal kits are all ingredients you need to make the recipe. We do assume you have salt, pepper and oils for cooking - but other than that, we’ve got you covered! We will email you the recipe on pick-up day. If you don’t receive it for any reason, just please let us know!
We base every recipe on the understanding that you have a well appointed kitchen with common appliances (for example, some type of blender, stock pots, pans, etc.).
The meals are scheduled to be picked up on Saturday, or delivered for a $12 delivery fee, and can be kept in your fridge for up to a week.
Tomato-Fennel Braised Chickpeas: This is a cozy, one-pot dish where tender chickpeas simmer slowly in a rich tomato broth infused with olive oil, fragrant aromatics, and subtly sweet fennel. Served with a side of white rice. It’s mostly hands-off, making it perfect for easy, low-effort evening dinners.
The kits will be available for pick-up from the truck during the farmer's market from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, December 13th at the Switchyard Park Pavilion. Ordering for these kits will close on Thursday, December 11th.
If you opt for delivery rather than pick-up, please note that we can only deliver within the city limits of Bloomington at this time.
