This year’s offerings include:
Espresso Dark Chocolate with bourbon cherry compote, espresso buttercream and chocolate ganache
Citrus Gingerbread with blood orange curd and cream cheese frosting
Cranberry Almond with rosemary caramel, almond buttercream and sugared cookies
Cakes are 9 inch double layer and 100% plant-based
Cakes will be available for pick-up on Saturday, December 20 at the Winter Market at Switchyard Park from 9:00-12:00pm. If pick-up is inconvenient, we are also able to deliver for an additional charge.
